Model Analytics Analyst II

Conduct data analysis: Use various statistical and analytical tools to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and provide insights to drive business decisions. Mitigate risks in models: Identify potential risks and issues within models, perform deep-dive analysis to understand the root causes, and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with regulations: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure all models are in compliance with applicable regulations. Drive business growth: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimization within models, and provide recommendations to drive business growth. Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management. Continuous learning and growth: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and modeling techniques, and apply this knowledge to enhance existing models and processes. Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the analytics team. Attention to detail: Have a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data analysis and reports. Manage multiple projects: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
