Required Qualifications:

  • Provide Tier 1 service desk support by handling calls, emails, and service requests
  • Log, track, and manage incidents using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Perform issue triage and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Troubleshoot basic IT, application, and access-related issues
  • Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service and user support
  • Support IVR and telephony systems for call handling
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution
  • Work in night/weekend shifts within a 24/7 support environment
