🎯 Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and patient support services
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments according to medical guidelines
- Support patient hygiene, mobility, comfort, and daily care needs
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, infection control, and safety standards
- Qualification in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or related healthcare discipline
- Relevant clinical or patient care experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and caregiving skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in fast-paced and shift-based healthcare environments
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
- Fluent in English
- Registered Nurse (RN) or relevant healthcare certification/license
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, eldercare, or community healthcare settings
- Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Certification in CPR, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), or equivalent
- Multilingual abilities for patient communication and support
