With an aging population, your role as a Nurse Practitioner is more vital than ever. </div> <div> In this key position, you will lead a team of registered nurses virtually, supporting up to 10 residential aged care homes. You'll act as an extension of the care teams, providing guidance, boosting staff confidence, and ensuring safe, consistent care for residents. </div> <div> Get to know the residents, their families, and the unique needs of each home as you drive improvements in healthcare delivery. Empower local staff, enhance their competence, and help them feel fulfilled in their vital work. </div> <div> Your expertise within this role can help shape the future of aged care. </div> <div> About you: </div> <div> You have proven experience in managing teams and are comfortable with virtual communication. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong nursing assessment abilities focused on delivering quality care.
