<p><strong>About Averion Health:</strong></p><p>Averion Health is a premium telehealth platform focused on executive performance optimization through lab-driven care.</p><p>We serve high-performing individuals such as founders, operators, and executives who are looking to improve energy, hormonal balance, recovery, and cognitive performance.</p><p>Our care model is structured, efficient, and built for scale.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct telehealth consultations, review labs, and guide patients through performance-based treatment plans including NAD+ and hormone optimization.</p><p>You will operate within a systemized workflow supported by SOPs, internal staff, and a medical director who oversees prescriptions.</p><p>This is a high-volume role designed for providers who want consistent patient flow and strong earning potential.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Conduct telehealth consultations via video or virtual platforms</p><p> Review patient intake forms and lab results</p><p> Recommend treatment plans including NAD+ and HRT protocols</p><p> Educate patients on protocols and expectations</p><p> Document all encounters in the EHR system</p><p> Coordinate with the medical director for prescription approvals</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>Compensation is performance-based at $80 to $120 per consultation.</p><p>Projected volume is 10 to 25 consultations per day.</p><p>Estimated monthly earnings:</p><p> 10 consultations per day: approximately $16,000 to $24,000 per month</p><p> 15 consultations per day: approximately $24,000 to $36,000 per month</p><p> 25 consultations per day: approximately $40,000 to $60,000 per month</p><p>Consistent patient flow is provided by Averion Health.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Structure:</strong></p><p>Flexible scheduling based on your availability</p><p> High daily consult volume available</p><p> Fully remote position</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida is required</p><p> Ability to operate in a telehealth environment</p><p> Strong communication skills and professionalism with patients</p><p> Comfortable working within structured protocols and workflows</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Additional state licenses, with Texas strongly preferred</p><p> Telemedicine experience</p><p> Experience with hormone optimization or performance-based care</p><p> Familiarity with EHR systems such as Healthie or similar platforms</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Clinical Structure:</strong></p><p>You will report to a Medical Director</p><p> The Medical Director handles final prescription authorization</p><p> You will have autonomy in patient interaction and care delivery within established protocols</p><p> Training and SOPs will be provided</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role:</strong></p><p>Strong earning potential with consistent patient volume</p><p> No responsibility for patient acquisition</p><p> Fully remote and flexible work structure</p><p> Systemized workflows designed for efficiency</p><p> Opportunity to work with a premium, performance-focused patient base</p>
