As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems and processes, identifying and resolving incidents and problems, and implementing proactive solutions to prevent future issues. Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of FIS payment systems and processes. Respond to and resolve incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions to prevent future incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment systems and processes. Develop and maintain incident and problem management processes and procedures. Communicate and escalate critical incidents to appropriate stakeholders. Identify areas for process improvement and drive implementation of changes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in incident and problem management. Create and maintain documentation related to incident and problem management. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents. Train and mentor junior team members on incident and problem management processes. Provide regular reports and updates on the status of incidents and problems to management. Participate in testing and implementation of new payment systems and processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Act as a subject matter expert for incident and problem management in the payments domain. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Continuously evaluate and improve incident and problem management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
