Lead and manage a team of financial services professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive high performance and achieve targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to identify and implement new initiatives and products to enhance our lending and credit offerings. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements for lending and credit services in the US&C region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, partners, and vendors. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency to optimize the customer experience and increase profitability. Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for lending and credit services in the US&C region. Perform regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
