<p><strong>Job Title: Oracle Depot Repair Functional Consultant</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Remote (Boston MA) </strong></p><p><strong>Experience Level: 10+ years </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><br>Key Responsibilitie</strong></p><p>sGather and analyze business requirements related to product repair, RMA, and service operations</p><p>.Configure Oracle Depot Repair (CSD) module and related applications (Order Management, Inventory, Service Contracts, Install Base, Cost Management, Field Service)</p><p>.Define and document process flows, functional specifications, and setup documents (BR100, MD50, TE040)</p><p>.Design and implement repair order lifecycle management — from product return, diagnosis, repair execution, and shipment to billing</p><p>.Set up repair types, statuses, logistics flows, and billing rules</p><p>.Support integration with other Oracle modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, AR/AP, and Service Contracts</p><p>.Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)</p><p>.Provide end-user training, develop user manuals, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions</p><p>.Assist with data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support</p><p>.Work with technical teams for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) development and validation</p><p>.Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and propose permanent solutions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>.<br>Required Skills & Experien</strong></p><p>ce5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in Depot Repair or related Service module</p><p>s.In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS R12 Service Suite module</p><p>s:Depot Repair (CS</p><p>D)Service Contracts (OK</p><p>S)Install Base (CS</p><p>I)Order Management (O</p><p>M)Inventory (IN</p><p>V)Costing (CS</p><p>T)Strong understanding of repair process flows, RMA processing, warranty management, and repair costin</p><p>g.Ability to write functional design documents and perform system configuration</p><p>s.Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis and issue investigatio</p><p>n.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skill</p><p><br></p><p><strong>s.<br>Preferred Qualificati</strong></p><p>onsOracle E-Business Suite R12 Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud SCM certificati</p><p>on.Experience with Field Service (CSF) and Service Logistics modul</p><p>es.Familiarity with integration to external systems (CRM, MES, etc</p><p>.).Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologi</p><p><br></p>es.
