<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p> <p>One of our clients is seeking a proactive and organized <strong>Paraprofessional Recruiter</strong> to support the recruitment of healthcare support professionals, including CNAs, PCAs, and PCTs.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates within a fast-paced recruiting environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities efficiently.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach </li> <li>Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings/interviews </li> <li>Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers/account managers </li> <li>Verify certifications, credentials, and pre-employment requirements </li> <li>Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment documentation </li> <li>Support offer processing and onboarding coordination </li> <li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare support candidates </li> <li>Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience preferred </li> <li>Experience recruiting healthcare support professionals is a plus </li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li> <li>Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline </li> <li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills </li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment </li> <li>Proficiency with job boards, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems </li> <li>Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting CNAs, PCAs, PCTs, or healthcare support staff </li> <li>Familiarity with onboarding and credential verification processes </li> <li>Experience working with U.S.-based recruitment or staffing teams </li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Setup</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fully remote role </li> <li>Full-time schedule aligned with New York business hours</li> </ul>
