PBX Operator-Q

The Member Service Administration Division at reputed company is looking to add a PBX Operator to our team! This position will receive and route incoming telephone calls. Previous call center or switchboard experience is preferred. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with all lines of business within reputed company by answering and re-directing phone calls to the appropriate team or individual, to suit the callers’ needs. Experience in Member Service Administration (MSA) is highly preferred. Commercial Operations experience is a plus. This remote role will have a rotating shift to cover the hours of Monday to Friday, 800 a.m. – 600 p.m. ET. Does this opportunity sound like a great match? Answering inbound customer service calls; redirecting phone calls when appropriate. Ensuring all calls are accurately and quickly routed to the proper area.
