Pharmacy Executive IV – Pharmacy Advisory

Job Description:

• Coordinate consulting team activities across multiple client accounts.
• Lead project teams to achieve deliverables within planned timelines and budgets.
• Conduct practical assessments of pharmacy and medication management programs
• Engage in formulary management and therapeutic interchange initiatives to maximize market share.
• Deliver consultative and advisory services to support client needs.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy degree (e.g. PharmD, BSPharm) required
• Master’s degree in business or health administration preferred
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required
• Relevant experience in health-system pharmacy practice
• Ability to assess pharmacy programs and develop strategic recommendations for client organizations
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
