<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Multiple positions available</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Traversal, Inc. seeks Product Manager in New York, NY:</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Job Duties: </strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive the definition and execution of Traversal’s product strategy by translating customer insights and business objectives into clear product requirements. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead cross-functional collaboration to design, build, and deliver features that improve reliability automation and incident resolution for enterprise customer. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and maintain the product roadmap, translating customer feedback and strategic goals into detailed feature requirements and specifications. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with engineering and design to develop, test, and launch new features and product lines from concept through general availability.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct user research, analyze product usage data, and synthesize insights to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, customer success, and marketing—to ensure successful go-to-market execution and adoption. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define product performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze post-launch results to guide future iterations and improve user experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare product documentation, release notes, and training materials to support internal teams and customer education. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with leadership to identify new market opportunities and align product strategy with company objectives. <strong>May telecommute.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related quantitative field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Special Skill Requirements: </strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">1. Developing and managing product roadmaps and feature specifications. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">2.Conducting user interviews and usability research to inform product direction. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">3. Collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop and launch software features. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">4. Creating and testing prototypes or mockups to validate new concepts. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">5. Applying agile or scrum methodologies for product</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">development. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">6. Program or project management for coordinating large feature releases across teams. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">7.Communicating with clients and stakeholders to drive adoption and gather feedback. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">8. Demonstrating design sense and attention to user experience in product decisions. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">9. Analyzing product usage data and KPIs to guide prioritization and iteration. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">10. Performing market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">11. Familiarity with observability or DevOps tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Datadog, Grafana,</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Splunk) and AI-driven systems. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">12.
