MC&I offers an environment where engineers can contribute ideas, build lasting professional relationships, and help shape a long-term legacy of engineering excellence.  About the Position  As a mid-level Project Coordinator in the Oil & Gas group, you will be responsible for assisting the Project and Program Managers with non-technical work and tasks associated with current projects across a variety of industries.  Salary Range: $60,000 - $97,000 / year  The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.   This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates.  Essential Responsibilities  Demonstratesthe ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes  Reviews and manages engineering schedules, budgets, scope, and subcontractors  Manages the collection, organization and filing of all project documentation, both internally and for external third-party stakeholders and project financing needs  Leads project status update meetings clients, providing schedule updates, submitting, and answering, requests for information and reporting on engineering progress  Ensures project quality control and customer satisfaction by reviewing and monitoring engineering deliverables  Coordinates with EPC contractors, Electric Utilities, and other clients to ensure adherence to and compliance with contract terms and delivery of contractual deliverables  Manages and coordinate activities of internal teams of engineers to deliver projects on time and within project budgets  Supports permitting and jurisdictional approval processes as needed for engineering projects  Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight  Coordinates closely with Project and Program Managers to accurately manage project documentation across multiple projects at different phases, along with other administrative tasks.   Assists in managing small projects in ensuring projects are within scope, schedule, and budget as well as some basic analysis of EACs, ETCs, and revenue  Maintains outstanding company-client relationships  Performs a variety of duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed  Must Have  Education: An associate or bachelor’s degreee in a relevant field is a plus, but not required  Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience, Oil & Gas industry knowledge is a plus  Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Teams and other computer software  Familiarity of Project Management Fundamentals  Excellent organizational and time management skills  A strong written and verbal command of the English language  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis  Work Environment  Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting and some field work  may be required  Travel: Typical, 15 – 25%  Physical Activities: Must be able to lift 25lbs.  Managerial Responsibility: Team Member is responsible for managing their own work schedule with input from their supervisor and completing assigned tasks.
