Location: Vancouver, Canada/Remote

Duration: Contract/Fulltime

Job Description:

  • Defining quality standards and metrics
  • Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon
  • Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on a timely basis
  • Defining processes for test plan and several phases of the testing cycle
  • Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking
  • Should be basic exp in nCino
  • 5+ years’ Experience in software development processes and QA methodologies
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of Agile and Scrum development cycles
  • Demonstrated, enthusiastic approach to problem solving and collaborating with team members
  • Results oriented with a keen attention to detail
  • Excited to work in a rapidly changing industry
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through on projects to completion
