Ramp Service Agent Full Time

Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircrafts. Operate and maintain ground service equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with flight crews, ground personnel, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate handling of baggage and cargo. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the well-being of passengers, crew, and ground personnel. Maintain cleanliness and organization of ramp and baggage areas. Monitor and report any irregularities or damages to baggage and cargo. Assist with aircraft pushback and towing as needed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, safety, and customer service. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective ramp operations. Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions and addressing concerns. Follow all loading and unloading instructions from flight crews and ground personnel. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Continuously monitor and maintain the condition of ground service equipment. Attend training and development programs as required by the company.
