In this role, you’ll help shape architecture decisions, develop modern front-end and middle-tier services, and provide feedback on deploying and managing cloud-native microservices.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>What you’ll do</strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li> Build and enhance modern web applications using React, HTML, and CSS. </li> <li> Develop and maintain APIs using REST and/or GraphQL to support system integration. </li> <li> Implement Node.js middle-tier services supporting business workflows and data access. </li> <li> Debug, troubleshoot, and deliver code fixes to improve stability and performance. </li> <li> Evaluate application operations and development practices; recommend improvements for quality and effectiveness. </li> <li> Assess impact of software changes on existing systems and dependencies. </li> <li> Identify risks and problem areas early; propose timely, practical solutions. </li> <li> Support relational database design to meet functional and reporting needs. </li> <li> Adapt or enhance applications to meet unique operational requirements and integrate with existing systems. </li> <li> Participate in structured testing and documentation using appropriate methodologies and techniques. </li> </ul><div> <strong>Required qualifications</strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li> 3+ years of experience with <strong>React, HTML, and CSS</strong>. </li> <li> 3+ years of experience building and maintaining APIs using <strong>REST and/or GraphQL</strong>. </li> <li> 3+ years of experience using <strong>Node.js</strong> as a middle tier. </li> <li> Proven experience in <strong>application debugging</strong>, issue resolution, and code remediation. </li> <li> Experience contributing to <strong>relational database design</strong> and working with structured data models. </li> <li> Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration. </li> <li> Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver work independently or as part of a team. </li> </ul><div> <strong>Nice to have</strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li> Strong experience with <strong>JavaScript, React, Redux, and Node.js</strong>. </li> <li> Experience with <strong>Java and Spring Boot</strong>. </li> <li> Experience with <strong>version control systems</strong> (e.g., Git). </li> <li> SQL database experience, ideally <strong>Oracle</strong> and <strong>PostgreSQL</strong>. </li> <li> Experience with <strong>serverless cloud services</strong> (<strong>AWS, Azure, GCP</strong>). </li> <li> Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, including running cloud-native applications in <strong>AWS</strong>. </li> <li> Exposure to application maintenance methods and best practices. </li> <li> Comfort collaborating with business stakeholders with professionalism, tact, and respect. </li> </ul><div><strong>Ready to make an impact?
