Receptionist - Part-Time (15 hrs/week)

Glow Acupuncture & Wellness Center is a holistic healing sanctuary in the heart of Yaletown. Our multidisciplinary team of practitioners offers Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, registered massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, energy healing, counselling, and more, united by a commitment to treating each patient as a whole person.

The Role
We’re looking for a warm, grounded, and organized receptionist to be the welcoming face of Glow. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for the healing experience before they even step into a treatment room. This is a part-time role at 15 hours per week, with scheduling aligned to our busiest client-facing hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a calm and inviting arrival experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations via our online booking system (JaneApp)
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries about our therapies, practitioners, and services
• Handle check-in, check-out, payments, insurance receipting, and taking inventory
• Maintain a tidy, serene front-of-house environment consistent with Glow’s healing atmosphere
• Support the owner with light administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with client communications and social media coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Genuine interest in or experience with natural and integrative healthcare (TCM, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, energy healing, or similar modalities)
• Warm, people-first communication style, making clients feel seen and at ease
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with booking software and basic office technology; Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a small team environment
• Previous reception, wellness, or customer-facing experience preferred
