Chewy, the leading online pet retailer, is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to help pet owners with orders, subscriptions, returns, and pet health questions. What You Will Do

• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, and email about Chewy orders and products
• Assist customers with Autoship subscriptions, cancellations, and product recommendations
• Process returns, replacements, and refunds following Chewy service policies
• Answer basic pet health and product questions and escalate complex queries to veterinary support

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; no prior experience required
• Love for animals and enthusiasm for helping pet owners
• Good spoken and written English communication
• Home computer, internet, and a quiet workspace

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour
