Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Call Management: Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from shareholders, providing reputed company, concise, and accurate information about voting procedures and shareholder rights.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or data‑entry experience, preferably in a financial or regulated environment.
