SmithRx is seeking a highly skilled Identity Engineer to architect and govern our unified identity ecosystems for human workers, cloud infra, and autonomous AI agents. You will lead the modernisation of our identity stack in a strictly regulated healthcare environment (HIPAA).
The role focuses on HR‑driven provisioning with Okta/Workday, SSO for key apps, and PBAC using OPA/Rego, with a strong emphasis on least‑privilege and zero‑trust security. Remote US work is supported.
