Responsibilities Coordinated project activities across customer stakeholders, implementation consultants, and internal teams to keep a deployment on track Facilitated project status meetings, documented decisions and action items, and communicated progress to stakeholders Worked with a customer to gather requirements and clarify business processes that will impact system configuration and implementation planning Reviewed project schedules and identified risks, dependencies, or resource constraints that could affect delivery timelines Collaborated with technical teams to track integration work, data migration efforts, and testing activities Maintained project documentation, updated project plans, and ensured key milestones were accurately reflected in reporting Assisted in user acceptance testing coordination and helped customers prepare for training and go-live activities Investigated and resolved project-related issues by partnering with internal subject matter experts and customer stakeholders Supported multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines Skills 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, consulting, software implementation, or a related field Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience working with project management methodologies and tools Comfort working with technical concepts, software systems, APIs, data migration efforts, or system integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, or supporting technology implementations PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications Company Overview Mark43 offers cloud-based public safety software for law enforcement to ensure accurate responses.
