[Remote] Sales & Customer Service Officer (Remote – Night Shift)

They are seeking a responsive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage enquiries and support sales conversions while ensuring a smooth customer experience during night shift hours. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms Provide accurate information on travel packages and promotions Follow up on leads and support conversion into bookings Handover qualified leads to the sales team when required Ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner Prepare daily reports including enquiry volume, types of enquiries, and lead status (pending / converted / handed over) Skills Preferably based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written) Strong communication and customer service skills Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently Comfortable working night shift hours Prior experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage Company Overview recruitSG is a Recruitment Partner that helps businesses hire the right people & build high-performing teams to drive your business forward.
