[Remote] Snowflake/ DBT
Auto ImportNote: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diverse Lynx is seeking a Tech Lead/Architect with expertise in Snowflake and DBT. The role involves working with advanced Snowflake concepts, resolving complex data pipeline issues, and driving the implementation of cloud data warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Work with Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone and understand how to use these features
- Ability to provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems using DBT
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
- Ability to drive end to end implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse and migrate/transform on-premise DW on any ETL platform to Snowflake Cloud with DBT
- Expertise in deploying Snowflake features such as data sharing to enable data consumption from Cloud
- Review the architectural/ technological solutions for ongoing projects and work with required tech leads to adopt to the data migration strategies and share best practices

- Expertise in Snowflake - ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and build data pipelines using DBT(Data Build Tool)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, DBT and Datastage
- Work with Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone and understand how to use these features
