Auto ImportThis position will be posted until 09/02/26 or until filled. $18.81 this is a part-time seasonal event-based role in the evenings and weekends, eligible for 401K and Colorado Sick leave.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong>The primary responsibility of a Runner is to deliver food from the kitchen to guests as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure great guest experiences.<br><br><ul><li> Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner utilizing key information on kitchen tickets including table and seat numbers</li><li> Lead communication between the servers and culinary team</li><li> Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders</li><li> Monitor and observe guests dining experience - Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service – check with customers to make sure they have everything they need each time you arrive at a table</li><li> Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server immediately. </li><li> Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas</li><li> Assist bussers as needed with clearing tables, especially with large parties and during peak periods. </li><li> Provide guidance to guests including dining options and general attraction information. </li><li> Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards. </li><li> Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor<br><br></li></ul>You may be asked to bring hot boxes or loaded carts up to 50 pounds to the portable on your floor.<br><br>You will be refilling cases of beverages in the coolers for the 2nd floor and self-serve coolers or other product<br><br><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner for at least two years</li><li> Must have the ability to skillfully carry three entrée plates at the same time for long distances up to 150 ft. </li><li> Ability to retain and recite menu details</li><li> Have an understanding of the expo process in a fine dining restaurant</li><li> Must be able to read kitchen tickets and understand seat number, table numbers and course breakdowns</li><li> Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays</li><li> Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, table settings, service standards, guest relations and etiquette</li><li> Must have a high school diploma</li><li> Must be able to succeed in a face paced environment</li><li> Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standards</li><li> Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service</li><li> Willingness and drive to exceed the guest expectations</li><li> Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor</li><li> Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a smile</li><li> Ability to transport up to 50lbs on a continuous basis in food and beverage, push and pull carts, hotboxes, or racks. </li><li> Ability to be standing and walking for long periods of time, kneel, crouch,</li><li> Ability to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests. </li><li> Must have a working email to communicate with your managers. </li><li> Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. <br><br></li></ul>This is a part time sesonal roles based on scheduled events.<br><br>Legends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
