Sales Manager (PV Solar) Non-Utility

<h1>Responsibilities</h1><p></p><ul><li>Develop and grow the non-utility modules business in Poland* through distributors, EPCs and key channel partners.</li><li>Build, manage and strengthen long term partnerships with distributors and EPCs as primary commercial counterparts.</li><li>Support partners in managing relationships with end customers, investors and installer networks to drive demand for Trina Solar modules.</li><li>Define and execute the local channel and account strategy aligned with Trina Solar’s regional and global commercial objectives.</li><li>Identify and develop sales opportunities together with partners, from early engagement through order booking and execution.</li><li>Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with channel partners in line with company pricing policies, guidelines and compliance standards.</li><li>Act as the main commercial interface between partners and internal Trina Solar teams (Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, PM).</li><li>Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting via Salesforce (CRM).</li><li>Monitor market developments, channel performance, pricing dynamics and competitor activities, providing structured feedback to regional management.</li><li>Represent Trina Solar at industry events, partner meetings and exhibitions, promoting the company’s product portfolio (modules and related solutions relevant to channel partners).</li><li>Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support knowledge sharing within the sales organization.</li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Requirements</h1><p></p><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within solar PV or renewable energy.</li><li>Proven experience working with distributors, EPCs and installer driven sales models.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Polish non-utility solar market and channel structures.</li><li>Ability to manage indirect sales and influence end customers through partners.</li><li>Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly within Poland and Europe.</li><li><strong>Fluent Polish and English</strong> (written and spoken) required.
