Location: Remote Canada Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to support critical customer projects approaching UAT and Go-Live phases. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts, drive production readiness initiatives, and work closely with Agile implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery. (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing efforts.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Perform quality risk assessments and develop QA stabilization plans for projects nearing production.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Review and refine existing test strategies, test plans, and test coverage.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Coordinate production release validation and rapid issue triage activities.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Identify and mitigate quality risks impacting project timelines and go-live readiness.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Update and sans-serif">Monitor project quality metrics and proactively address testing bottlenecks.</li> <li
