Position Overview:
We are looking for reliable, level-headed individuals to join our team as Door Staff / Bar Security. This role is less about traditional security enforcement and more about hospitality, awareness, and good judgment. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment inside the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check IDs and ensure all guests meet legal age requirements
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Monitor guest behavior and overall atmosphere inside the bar
• De-escalate situations calmly and respectfully
• Address and remove unruly or disruptive guests when necessary
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and management
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+
• Prior experience in hospitality, bar staff, or security is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good judgment and situational awareness
• Professional, respectful demeanor
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule:

This position is for a consistent weekly schedule

• Evening and late-night shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Friday 9pm-2am
• Saturday 9pm-3am
• Sunday 8pm-2am

Compensation:

• Hourly pay
• Opportunities for consistent weekly shifts
• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts
