Senior Agile Product Owner/Business Analyst (Freelance)

<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Product Owner/Business Analyst to join a large-scale global enterprise transformation programme within a major international organisation.</p><p>This role operates within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment and involves working across complex, interconnected enterprise systems while collaborating with diverse, international stakeholders.</p><p>It is a high-impact, fast-paced position suited for someone who thrives in challenging environments, can manage ambiguity, and confidently drives alignment across business and technology teams.</p><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience working with large, complex enterprise systems</p></li><li><p>Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery and large-scale transformation programmes</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar methodologies</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and functions</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to read and interpret code (any programming language)</p></li><li><p>Experience with enterprise ERP or other large-scale platforms</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps</p></li><li><p>Experience working in international or multicultural project environments</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></h3><p><strong>System Analysis & Requirements Gathering</strong></p><ul><li><p>Analyse existing enterprise systems and review related documentation</p></li><li><p>Interpret system behaviour, including reviewing source code where applicable</p></li><li><p>Translate business and system requirements into clear, actionable deliverables</p></li></ul><p><strong>User Story Writing & Backlog Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create high-quality user stories aligned with project standards</p></li><li><p>Define clear, testable acceptance criteria</p></li><li><p>Support backlog governance, ensuring items are prioritised, refined, and development-ready</p></li></ul><p><strong>Design & QA Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review design outputs and provide structured feedback to UX/UI teams</p></li><li><p>Evaluate QA test cases to ensure proper validation of delivered functionality</p></li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams</p></li><li><p>Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, developers, and business representatives</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively in a global, multicultural environment</p></li></ul>
