Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst II within the arenaflex Data Adventures team, you will Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to uncover hidden patterns and trends. Build and orchestrate multi‑step ETL pipelines, leveraging SQL, Python, Presto, and cloud‑based platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift. Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing validation frameworks, data profiling, and automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca). Partner with data stewards and the data engineering team to ingest, cleanse, and catalog data from diverse sources, adhering to best‑in‑class data governance practices. Develop and document data models (ER diagrams) and maintain a clear lineage of data transformations. Communicate insights effectively to non‑technical audiences, crafting compelling narratives that drive action. Stay abreast of emerging technologies—such as Prophet, Teradata, Hive, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake—and evaluate their applicability to arenaflex’s analytics roadmap. Essential Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following core qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Experience Minimum 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering within a fast‑paced environment. Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language for data manipulation (Python, R, or Scala).
