Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a clinical environment
- Managed full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and led month end closing with accurate and timely reporting.
- Led end-to-end e-invoicing implementation in compliance with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) requirement.
- Monitored multi branch clinic revenue and ensured accurate reconciliation across all payment channels.
- Review and validated payroll processing and ensured full compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
- Coordinated with auditors and tax agents, ensuring compliance with LHDN and SSM regulations.
- Reported to management and provided financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Strengthened internal controls and improved accounting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervised junior staff and reviewed accounting work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Experience or internship in clinic / healthcare / SME environment
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL software)
