The Role

As Senior Manager, SFE Analytics at CSL, you will drive subnational analysis and reporting for key brands within our US Commercial organization. You'll engage with stakeholders across sales, market access, and marketing teams to elevate our understanding of customers and deliver actionable insights. This role requires conducting focused analytics and performance measurements of sales field teams to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.

You'll partner closely with field leadership to inform strategic business decisions and support execution of priorities. Reporting to the Director, SFE Analytics, you'll be instrumental in transforming complex data into strategic intelligence that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct focused analytics and performance measurements of sales field teams to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues

Support field leadership by providing analyses and insights that inform business decisions and strategic priorities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports

Execute sales operational projects including targeting, territory alignment, and performance tracking activities

What We Need To See From You

You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field

You bring strong experience in the commercial pharmaceutical or biotech industry with proven analytical capabilities

You demonstrate proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and analytical tools, translating complex data into strategic insights

You excel at managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining knowledge of business, legal, and compliance requirements
