Senior Motion Designer
Auto Import<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote.</p><p><strong>The role</strong> You'll turn graphics and illustration into motion. Explainers, brand videos, launch videos, social, UI animation. Real briefs, never spec.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design and animate across launch videos, commercials, product explainers, social content, and brand campaigns</p></li><li><p>Translate creative direction and storyboards into motion that nails the intended tone, pacing, and feel</p></li><li><p>Export production-ready Lottie files and UI animations for handoff</p></li><li><p>Work in tight cycles, first WIP fast, refine continuously</p></li><li><p>Iterate quickly on feedback from creative leads and clients without losing the craft</p></li><li><p>Work closely with producers, editors, designers, art directors, and illustrators</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>A reel that shows timing, easing, and restraint</p></li><li><p>Strong After Effects (expressions, rigging, clean comp management)</p></li><li><p>Production experience exporting Lottie and UI animations</p></li><li><p>The ability and appetite to work with AI video and image generation tools</p></li><li><p>Comfortable in Figma, able to bring designs from Figma into After Effects</p></li><li><p>You take feedback fast and integrate it without friction</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Rive for product and UI motion</p></li><li><p>Cavalry for procedural and generative motion</p></li><li><p>Light 3D (C4D or Blender) for hybrid pieces</p></li></ul><p><strong>Not for you if</strong></p><ul><li><p>You need a locked brief and a long runway per task</p></li><li><p>You take notes personally</p></li></ul>
