Senior Programme Manager Location: Remote (UK) Permanent RS Group is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large, complex programmes or multiple programmes across key areas including Infrastructure, SAP ERP, and Supply Chain. You will play a critical role in shaping ideas and proposals into fully delivered outcomes, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation—from delivery teams through to C-suite executives. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and delivery expertise will ensure programmes are delivered successfully, on time, and aligned with business objectives. You bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to operate effectively across both technical and business environments. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders while guiding delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes, and you thrive in complex environments where collaboration and continuous improvement are key. sans-serif">Industry Expertise: Proven experience delivering programmes across Infrastructure, SAP ERP, and Supply Chain environments, with strong expertise in SAP ERP and Supply Chain transformation.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Large Programme Delivery: Demonstrated experience delivering major programmes including Supply Chain (£5–10m+), SAP ERP (£10m+), and large IT transformation initiatives (£15m+).</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, SAP ERP modules, integration platforms, supply chain systems, and network architecture.</li> <li frameworks with a good understanding of Agile delivery and sprint management.</li> <li sans-serif">Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.</li> <li
