<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description</b></u></p><div><p><b><span>Position</span></b><b> <span>Summary</span></b></p><p>The incumbent is a <span>key</span> member of the Operations team and is responsible for developing localization solutions and <span>workflows,</span> timely and accurate completion of projects, <span>working</span> <span>closely</span> <span>with </span>Client Managers to maximize revenue opportunities, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships <span>with</span> clients. While filling a leadership role in the company, the Senior PM may <span>serve</span> as a mentor to <span>Project</span> Managers and provide project <span>supervision over</span>  one or more <span>Project</span> Managers.</p><p>The incumbent is expected to <span>exercise </span>initiative, discretion and independent judgment in <span>the</span> administration and management of<span> each</span> client relationship, and <span>will serve </span>as a primary point of contact for the client. The Senior <span>Project</span> Manager position is <span>critical </span>to the<span> overall</span> <span>success</span> of the company</p><p><span>It </span>is essential for the Senior<span> Project </span>Managers to build, develop, and nurture relationships with the client and in-house staff to ensure that their requirements are met, and that localized projects deliver on time, within budget, and to acceptable standards. <span>Good </span>communication abilities are needed to deal<span> with </span>the<span> large</span> number of concurrent activities and people that are <span>involved </span>in<span> servicing</span> the client.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b>Primary <span>Duties</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Build strong personal relationship<span> with </span>current and prospective clients.</p></li><li><p>Identify new business opportunities from existing clients and communicate them to <span>the</span> Sales team.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute solutions for current and prospective clients.</p></li><li><p>Support the Sales team as needed to help<span> close</span> new business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Maintain<span> close</span> contact<span> with </span>the client<span> whenever</span> an<span> issue </span>is at<span> stake </span>to ensure proper resolution.</p></li><li><p>Provide management <span>with</span> feedback and recommendations on <span>necessary</span> changes <span>to</span> streamline and or improve the <span>company's</span> <span>processes,</span> procedures, and <span>services.</span></p></li><li><p>Provide <span>supervision</span> and mentoring and/or manage <span>Project</span> Managers and <span>Project</span> Coordinators.</p></li><li><p>Work <span>with </span>the Sales team and<span> Project</span> Managers to develop a schedule for projects and <span>assure</span> adequate communication lines are used during projects.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update <span>key</span> <span>LanguageLine</span> business <span>systems,</span> <span>such</span> as XTRF, <span>LLTS</span> <span>Wiki and Confluence,</span> and other<span> DB's</span> to note all relevant client communications</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the <span>Process</span> and Quality Improvement Initiative by participating on<span> cross-</span> functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Arrange and<span> assign </span>linguists for projects.</p></li><li><p>Within the project<span> scope,</span> manage the relationships <span>with </span>linguists to encourage cooperation.</p></li><li><p>Manage contractors to ensure their delivery of product on time.</p></li><li><p>Monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all quality <span>checks</span> are completed.</p></li><li><p>Consistently track projects; report status and<span> key</span> <span>issues</span> to Account<span> Executives.</span></p></li><li><p>Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and <span>with </span>the required <span>level </span>of quality.</p></li><li><p>Communicate directly <span>with</span> clients concerning all manner of project-related <span>activity,</span> including change order parameters and project status.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that projects are delivered to the clients' specifications and expectations, and in a manner befitting to a <span>world-class</span> organization.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and consulting <span>services</span> to <span>Project </span>Managers and participate as a consultant for <span>systems</span> development <span>activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Train, develop, and provide ongoing support for direct reports.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform and execute all performance reviews, updates, and goal planning/tracking as directed by LanguageLine.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review and approve all direct report timesheets and PTO.</span></p></li><li><p>Other duties as may be <span>assigned</span> by the, President, Operations Director, Director of Engineering or Processes or Project Management Manager.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><span>Requirements:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Knowledge</span> of MS Word suite (Word, <span>Excel,</span> PPT,<span> Outlook)</span></p></li><li><p>Thorough <span>knowledge</span> of project management fundamentals as they apply to <span>the</span> localization industry.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional attention to detail, organizational<span> skills, </span>and ability to<span> multi-task.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent </span>oral and written communication <span>skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent</span> interpersonal <span>skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Foreign </span>language<span> skills</span> a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Appropriate</span></b> <b><span>Education</span></b> <b><span>and</span></b> <b><span>Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>A minimum of a <span>Bachelor's</span> degree or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on <span>knowledge </span>of database functions and concepts.</p></li><li><p>Must be <span>very</span> resourceful, <span>with </span>the ability to <span>work</span> independently.</p></li><li><p>Must have proven organizational and communication<span> skills.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>If you are an individual with a disability and require reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, or are limited in the ability or unable to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying, you may contact the HR Corporate Recruiting Team at<span> </span></span><a href="mailto:CorporateRecruiting@languageline.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span><span><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
