Shipping Supervisor

KOCH FOODS seeks a Shipping Supervisor for our Food & Beverage Operations in the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. You will lead daily shipping activities, supervising staff to ensure accurate, on-time orders and proper documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating outbound loads, monitoring inventory and staging, enforcing food safety and OSHA standards, and driving continuous improvement. You will partner with production and transportation teams to meet customer requirements while supporting a results-driven, safety-focused culture with strong growth opportunities.
