Job Summary:

While Galls is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, this role can be performed remotely within the U.S. by candidates able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

The Site Merchant is a key role responsible for shaping the customer journey and enhancing the online shopping experience. This includes digital product management, product onboarding accuracy, visual merchandising, content strategies, and campaign planning. The role aims to create a seamless online shopping experience that supports our eCommerce success.

Responsibilities:

• Drive content strategy using trends and customer insights.
• Oversee product and brand launch calendars and site functionality.
• Identify key brand stories and develop storytelling roadmaps.
• Manage site merchandising strategies for seasonal campaigns.
• Lead campaign strategy, planning, and execution, providing insights based on performance data.
• Develop site metrics and dashboards to monitor health.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and identify opportunities.
• Create workflows and processes to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced eCommerce site merchandising.
• 3-5 years in category management or merchandising for a pure play.
• Strong understanding of online shopping behaviors.
• Ability to use data for decision-making.
• Focus on operational excellence.
• Leadership and influence skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
