As software sales consultant, you will be a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor, focusing on solving complex business problems with technology.

  • Consultative Value-Selling Over Feature-Pushing: Focus on solutions benefits that provide a "win-win" outcome rather than one-size-fits-all sales.

  • Deep Domain Expertise and Technical Fluency: Understand industry context, client’s strategic goals and challenges, able to explain complex software in simple terms, building credible impression to client stakeholders.

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Focus on long-term partnerships with clients, offering post-sale support, and leveraging customer success to build trust and referrals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Consultative Discovery: Lead sessions with potential clients to identify "innovation gaps" and business pain points

  2. Full Sales Cycle Management: From prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating high-value contracts and closing deals

  3. Demonstrate and Present our software solutions and highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition

  4. Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and product teams to share market feedback and help shape the future of our software blueprint. Providing valuable feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams

  5. Pipeline Excellence: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide forecasting.

  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years of experience in software sales or a similar consultative sales role

  2. Strong understanding of the Enterprise software industry and the ability to effectively communicate

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  4. Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

  6. Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product updates
