Summer Internship Program 2026 (UAE Nationals)

We are excited to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program, designed to provide UAE national students with hands-on experience and the skills needed to excel in their future careers. This program, which will run for 6 to 8 weeks, offers participants a unique opportunity to work on real projects, gain valuable insights into the finance industry, and develop their professional skills.

 

Our Interns will be part of a dynamic cohort and will have the chance to engage in a variety of enriching experiences, including:

·         Immersion in a real-life work environment

·         Participating in engaging workshops and training sessions

·         Conducting in-depth research and analysis

·         Supporting team efforts to optimize performance

·         Developing both technical and interpersonal skills

·         Networking with industry professionals

·         Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

Eligibility for the Program:

·         Applicants should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in mathematics, finance, economics, accounting, engineering, computer science, or another relevant technical field.

·         Demonstrate interest in interning within ADIC’s investment departments

·         Available to start the internship in June 2026.

 

Required Knowledge:

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate:

·         Motivation and eagerness to learn

·         In-depth knowledge of their specialization or major

·         Strong interpersonal skills

Candidates will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, and should be able to demonstrate how they embody ADIC’s values:

1.       Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and academic transcripts on the career portal.

2.       Shortlisted candidates will be invited to start the selection process and will be given clear instructions at each stage about the next steps.

3.       Successful interns will be offered a place to join us on the Summer Internship Program commencing in June 2026.
