The Talent Coordinator supports the management team and suits someone highly motivated and exceptionally organized. The coordinator helps identify, engage and manage relationships with clients and brand partners, maintains a handful of client inboxes, supports partnership negotiations and keeps collaborations running smoothly through campaign management.

This role is a part-time but can will ramp up to full-time long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbox management

  • Own the day-to-day upkeep of assigned client inboxes, keeping them sorted and current.
  • Triage inbound brand inquiries and flag priority opportunities for the Talent Manager.
  • Draft and send first-touch replies in each client's voice.
  • Field event and activation invitations, confirm RSVPs and keep each client's calendar accurate.
  • Handle PR and gifting requests, supplying shipping details and confirming what each client is open to receiving.
Brand outreach
  • Reach out to brands by email, social and other channels to initiate partnerships.
  • Check in with clients regularly on the brands they want to work with and build target lists from those conversations.
  • Pitch each client to their priority brands and track where every conversation stands.
  • Report outreach progress back to the client and their manager, including passes and timing to revisit.

Organization and documentation

  • Maintain organized records of agreements, communication and campaign details.
  • Keep Google Drive, Airtable and client databases current.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management or social media.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Highly organized with strong time management.
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Slack. Airtable familiarity is a plus.
