<p> </p><h3 id="job-summary">Job Summary:</h3> <p>We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across fast-moving initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-driven - turning ambiguous problems into clear flows and shipped experiences. You will work across multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality design under tight timelines.</p> <p>This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.</p> <h3 id="responsibilities">Responsibilities:</h3> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Own design from concept through launch across multiple concurrent projects.</li> <li>Lead 0→1 design for new products and features.</li> <li>Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.</li> <li>Design for conversion, usability, and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiments.</li> <li>Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure quality in execution.</li> <li>Produce clear specs that enable fast, accurate implementation.</li> <li>Identify UX gaps and drive improvements proactively.</li> </ul> <h3 id="qualifications-and-job-requirements">Qualifications and Job Requirements:</h3> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Bachelor’s degree is required.</li> <li>5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work.</li> <li>Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior (e.g., conversion, engagement).</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.</li> <li>Excellent at turning ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions.</li> <li>High proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent).</li> <li>Comfortable designing live (e.g., in working sessions) and incorporating real-time feedback.</li> <li>Strong communication; able to explain decisions clearly and concisely.</li> <li>Strong understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands-on experience coding simple front-end, like static pages, is highly preferred.</li> <li>High ownership, speed, adaptability, and attention to detail are a must.</li> <li>You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Toptal.
