This is a highly customer-facing role that blends technical fluency, marketing operations knowledge, and structured training delivery.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will guide customers from first login through full adoption by leading onboarding programs, live training sessions, and cohort-based enablement workshops. The ideal candidate comes from a well-known SaaS or tech company, is comfortable working with code and data, and enjoys teaching marketing teams how to operationalize technology to drive business results.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own customer onboarding from initial setup through full platform adoption</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver live training sessions, onboarding programs, and cohort-based workshops for enterprise clients</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate technical workflows, automations, and data concepts into simple, actionable steps for marketing teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain scalable enablement playbooks, guides, and training materials</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support marketing operations workflows, including CRM automation, reporting, and campaign setup</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with marketing and content teams on SEO, content workflows, and enablement initiatives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a trusted, technical-facing advisor for customers throughout the lifecycle</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2–4 years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or product training within a SaaS or tech company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working experience at a recognized or well-known technology company strongly preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in <strong>SQL and Python</strong>, with the ability to actively use both in workflows, reporting, or training contexts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies.
