We are looking for a Test Engineer / Business Analyst (Testing & Validation Focus) to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! In this role, you will support quality assurance, validation, and business process analysis for enterprise analytics and reporting solutions. You’ll help ensure systems meet operational requirements through structured testing, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and validation activities </li> <li>Gather and document business and technical requirements </li> <li>Support user acceptance testing and defect management </li> <li>Validate reporting outputs and data integrity </li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and usability </li> <li>Track issues and enhancements using Agile tools </li> <li>Support accessibility and compliance testing initiatives </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field </li> <li>5+ years of testing, QA, or business analysis experience </li> <li>Experience with Agile/Scrum environments </li> <li>Strong analytical and documentation skills </li> <li>Experience supporting enterprise applications or analytics platforms </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li>Experience with Jira or Confluence </li> <li>Experience with automated testing frameworks </li> <li>Accessibility/508 testing experience </li> <li>Tableau or reporting platform experience </li> </ul> Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $72,000 to $75,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
