This role ensures strategic priorities are communicated, implemented, and supported across instructional teams. The Achievement Coordinator promotes educator success, instructional accountability, and collaboration to improve student outcomes.</p> <h2 data-end="695" data-section-id="1biysgw" data-start="804">Communicate priorities, expectations, and updates to Lead Teachers and instructional staff.</li> <li data-end="958" data-section-id="1irsm35" data-start="898">Maintain meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.</li> <li data-end="1013" data-section-id="txzplb" data-start="959">Ensure strategic goals are implemented consistently.</li> <li data-end="1077" Teacher Support</h3> <ul data-end="1607" data-start="1117"> <li data-end="1177" data-section-id="1lzp6dy" data-start="1117">Partner with Lead Teachers to support instructional teams.</li> <li data-end="1234" data-section-id="906my7" data-start="1178">Monitor implementation of Achievement Team directives.</li> <li data-end="1308" data-section-id="17907ad" data-start="1235">Promote accountability for teacher performance and professional growth.</li> <li data-end="1366" data-section-id="13qdeiu" data-start="1309">Provide instructional feedback using observation tools.</li> <li data-end="1413" data-section-id="git9yq" data-start="1367">Support teacher scorecards and goal setting.</li> <li data-end="1466" data-section-id="1k6rphj" data-start="1414">Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new staff.</li> <li data-end="1540" data-section-id="bk48aa" data-start="1467">Serve as a resource for teachers experiencing instructional challenges.</li> <li data-end="1607"
