In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, project teams, communications, and training teams to support colleagues through organizational change in a thoughtful and practical way. RESPONSIBILITIES <div><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol"><ul><li data-section-id="1l5rt10" data-start="2541" data-end="2646">Partner with transformation teams to support change management activities across enterprise initiatives</li><li data-section-id="1pbx3uc" data-start="2647" data-end="2757">Help develop communications, FAQs, updates, and engagement materials that improve understanding and adoption</li><li data-section-id="zwntkn" data-start="2758" data-end="2860">Support stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions</li><li data-section-id="agukf9" data-start="2861" data-end="2942">Assist with readiness planning, adoption tracking, and change impact activities</li><li data-section-id="md6xxq" data-start="2943" data-end="3050">Collaborate with Communications, Training, and project teams to support successful implementation efforts</li><li data-section-id="zs34ar" data-start="3051" data-end="3138">Gather colleague feedback and identify opportunities to improve the change experience</li><li data-section-id="w0f9j0" data-start="3139" data-end="3220">Help support training coordination and enablement activities for impacted teams</li></ul></div></div> QUALIFICATIONS <div><h2 data-section-id="1uwd9qn" data-start="1885" data-end="1910">What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li data-section-id="1ntttcf" data-start="3570" data-end="3690">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field</li><li data-section-id="1dnn7xi" data-start="3691" data-end="3824">2–4 years of experience supporting change management, communications, training, project coordination, or transformation initiatives</li><li data-section-id="1itqkyg" data-start="3825" data-end="3932">Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services, or similar environments preferred</li><li data-section-id="1az9r1k" data-start="3933" data-end="4019">Familiarity with change management principles and frameworks such as ADKAR preferred</li><li data-section-id="1724j3e" data-start="4020" data-end="4099">Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills</li><li data-section-id="1v7r7yd" data-start="4100" data-end="4132">Prosci certification is a plus</li></ul><h2 data-section-id="1ibseqr" data-start="2978" data-end="3028"> </h2></div> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Compensation: Salary range: $70,000 – $110,000 per year Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes Benefits: Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.
