Twilio WhatsApp + SMS Setup (424 Number → Forward to Personal Phone)

I need an expert to set up a Twilio US number (area code 424) for both WhatsApp Business API and SMS.

I previously had a 218 Twilio number that worked, but now I want to switch to a 424 number and set it up properly from scratch.

Goal:

• Get a 424 Twilio number fully working for:

• WhatsApp (Business API, not sandbox)

• SMS

• Complete Meta (Facebook) onboarding correctly

• Fix verification issues (SMS/voice not being received)

Important:

• The Twilio number (424) will be the public-facing number

• All incoming WhatsApp messages and SMS must be forwarded to my personal phone (different number)

Note:

This worked before with a 218 number, so I need someone who knows how to do it properly with a 424 number.
