This position plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, processed, loaded, and delivered while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and assisting with transportation and delivery operations as needed.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.</li> <li>Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.</li> <li>Load, unload, and organize materials using proper handling procedures.</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.</li> <li>Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.</li> <li>Assist with product movement, stocking, and replenishment activities.</li> <li>Support route preparation by staging materials and verifying delivery paperwork.</li> <li>Accompany delivery personnel on local routes as needed to assist with loading, unloading, and customer deliveries.</li> <li>Help secure products during transport and ensure items arrive safely and in good condition.</li> <li>Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.</li> <li>Operate warehouse equipment and tools in accordance with company policies (training provided as applicable).</li> <li>Perform general warehouse, logistics, and operational support duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li> <li>Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, or delivery support experience is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly.</li> <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Dependable attendance and reliability.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Forklift experience is a plus but not required.</li> </ul> <h3>Work Environment</h3> <ul> <li>Warehouse and logistics environment with exposure to varying temperatures.</li> <li>Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.</li> <li>Occasional travel on local delivery routes to support transportation operations and customer service needs.</li> </ul> <p></p> </div> <p></p> #CB
