About Us

At Independence Precision Machining, we take pride in delivering high-quality, complex parts for our customers with precision and consistency. We’re currently seeking a skilled individual to work with our team in a supporting role for shipping, receiving, and deburring.

Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and manual labor tasks in a warehouse environment
- Load and unload products from trucks or containers on a forklift
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of products
- Operate power tools as needed for deburring and finishing of parts

Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 40 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic mechanical knowledge for operating machinery or equipment
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred, but not required
