*Weekend Scheduler
We are currently seeking a highly reliable, flexible Weekend Scheduler. This position is great for someone who is a self-starter and pays close attention to detail.
Pay & Schedule
$20-$22 per hour + ON CALL BONUS - $100 per night
Part-Time Saturday & Sunday 7a-7p
Primarily on-call

*Requirements
Scheduling experience
Must have Level 1 Finger Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
Must be 18 years or older.
Knowledge of KanTime and homecare a plus
Working knowledge with computers
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of HIPAA rules & regulations.
Exceptional reliability is required — this is a high-trust role where attendance is critical

4-hour orientation on Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(Orientation is paid on your first paycheck upon completion of your first shift)

*Duties May Include:
Answer the telephone by the third ring, triage messages and handle efficiently.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in scheduling.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in charts for all correspondence involving patient care.
Check messages regularly throughout the day.
Conduct quality assurance audits, identify trends, and report findings to leadership
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience and caregiver performance
Partner with the team to keep clients safely on service and at home
