Company Description Eastern Exterior Wall Systems, Inc. (EEWS) specializes in prefabricated wall panels that provide lightweight, cost-effective alternatives to traditional stick-built construction. Panels are designed and engineered using 3D BIM technology and manufactured in a climate-controlled facility by skilled craftspeople. EEWS’s prefabrication approach simplifies jobsite logistics by reducing lay-down space needs, crew size, and construction waste.

This method also supports faster interior enclosure and helps lower the risk of jobsite injuries, even on constrained building sites. With over four decades of experience, EEWS serves as a single-source provider responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality exterior façades.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Allentown, PA. The Welder will fabricate and assemble metal components for prefabricated wall systems using various welding processes, following blueprints, technical drawings, and company standards. Daily tasks include setting up equipment, preparing materials, performing quality welds, and inspecting finished work to ensure structural integrity and adherence to specifications.

The role involves working safely in a production environment, collaborating with other team members, and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas. The Welder will also assist in troubleshooting fabrication issues and support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Welding skills, including experience with Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials used in structural and architectural metal fabrication and their appropriate welding techniques.
• Relevant experience reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, use PPE correctly, and adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or metal fabrication environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification or technical training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and capability to lift and move materials as required for the job.
