We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Zoho Inventory Manager to support daily inventory operations for a retail client in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with inventory systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Zoho Inventory system for
  • Process and track purchase orders, billing, and inventory transactions
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning
  • Perform inventory counts, reconciliation, and verification
  • Ensure accurate product and inventory records
  • Coordinate ordering and restocking activities
  • Assist with reporting and operational documentation
  • Apply basic accounting principles related to inventory and billing
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issues

Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with Zoho Inventory is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of ordering, billing, stock counts, and verification processes
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Business degree is a plus
